Padma Boutique offers you exquisite hand-curated ethnic wear directly from Telangana weavers. We bring you authentic Pochampally and Gadwal sarees, salwar suits, and dupattas, crafted by artisan families. Our collection makes traditional crafts accessible and wearable for your daily life, connecting you to the rich heritage of Telangana.
Let Padma help you find the perfect ensemble. Schedule a complimentary saree styling consultation or discuss custom blouse stitching and bridal trousseau curation with us. Visit our boutique in Hyderabad or inquire about our pop-up styling services for your next community event.
Padma Boutique works directly with 14 weaver clusters across Telangana, including Pochampally, Gadwal, Narayanpet and Koyalagudem. We pay 30 percent above the market rate for hand-loom weaves so families can keep the craft alive.
When you buy a saree from us, you can ask for the weaver's name and village. Every piece carries a small fabric tag that traces it back to the family that made it. We visit each cluster every quarter to share new designs, advance payments, and to listen.
Padmashali tradition is woven into our brand - we are not just selling sarees, we are protecting a way of life.
Pure silk and cotton sarees need a little care. Here is the routine we recommend to every customer:
- Always dry-clean only. Never wash silk at home, even gently. Soap reacts with the natural fibres. - Store flat or rolled, never folded the same way for years - the crease becomes permanent. - Add small muslin pouches with cloves to repel silverfish. - Air the saree for 30 minutes every 6 months in indirect sunlight. - Iron only on the reverse side at low heat. Place a thin cotton cloth between iron and silk.
If you ever notice a stain or pull, bring the saree back to us within 48 hours - we have an in-house repair team.
